I didn’t see this one coming. Gaga and Beyonce have a new duet (The Fame Monster’s second single) called “telephone”. I think its pretty good but it could be better if Beyonce had a few more verses and maybe sang the hook once. Besides that, I think it was a good idea to combine these two industry leaders into one song, its like guaranteed love- for both penis and vag.

Waking up at 7am is no biggie for the working man, but for school boys, its almost impossible.

So it began, my Saturday was dedicated to Sigma Chi Provincials- an all day workshop/conference for sharing ideas and tips on buidling better fratenity life in each of the 6 chapters in our Ontario-Quebec Province. To say the least, it was a sick event because we were blessed to have some pretty impressive and established alumni to join us. To conclude on the actual provincials event hosted by Beta Omega (my chapter), it went smooth like a baby’s bottom.

Throughout the day, I was dying. I was tired but I didn’t show it just to give some respect to our alumni. So to cope, I drank the free pop we provided. Oh, my favourite! Ice tea! yes please! One thing lead to another, I downed 2 more Sprites because I was thirsty and I couldn’t find water.  So after that, I was feeling fidgety and it was around 2pm. I had around 4 more hours until dinner and the red bull break was fast approaching. How could I resist? one red bull please! This party people, doomed me. I think this was the final blow to all of my bodily organs and functions, for that matter. I thought I was dying before… I sure was in for a surprise.

So I was awake, finally. Dinner time already? sweet, I survived the day- lets eat. Nearing the end of dinner, I turned to my gf and told her that I was sick. Sick like what? she asked, sick like I don’t know, I replied. Just sick enough to say that I’m sick and need to go lie down.

Next thing lead to the next- My gf says I have H1N1. If it were, it would be the baby version because I’m getting better already.

All in all, never drink 3 sodas in one day and never combine sodas with redbull. That will kill you, or just give you swine flu, which is like killing you but more annoying.

Ps. My gf gave a great speech about leadership and community involvement as sweetheart of my chapter. As a leader of H1N1 fail, I would like to advise everyone to stay clean and stop volunteering because it just spreads germs.

“Dance In The Dark” will appear on Lady GaGa’s new album, The Fame Monster, which has just been announced. Lady GaGa’s debut record, The Fame will no longer be re-released with the 8 new tracks (including “Bad Romance”, “Alejandro”, and now “Dance In The Dark”), instead, those 8 tracks will be released as a new album altogether and will be sold for only $8.00.

I personally think Rihanna and Lady Gaga have gone into deep depression with thier dark and grimy albums. I think both Gaga and Rihanna will do great in record sales just because Gaga is cool/weird shit and it’s Rihanna’s come back from her Chris Brown beat down. So far, neither of the tracks on either album are really making me excited. Dance in the Dark is probably Gaga’s best just because the tune is kind of reminescent of the tracks on The Fame.

Final word: just download the albums on pirate bay or don’t bother all together, you won’t miss out. It’s not like you’re going to be at the club jumpin’ to the BEPs and then the track switches to Rihanna’s emo anthem and you feel left out because everyone else knows the words to the song and is dancing extra hard while you feel embarrassed and you have no choice but to step aside to the back corner of the bar and wait until the next song begins so you can join in again but in the meantime you order a drink to pass the time only to realize, after paying  8 dollars for the gin and tonic, that drinking doesn’t really pass the time but it’s actually dancing with your friends that passes the time…
